Step 1: finalizing the factory layout

The layout developed in the feasibility study is refined and specified so that it can serve as the basis for the tender. The layout is critical to the performance and efficiency of the plant. That is why it is important to provide all suppliers of machines and systems with the same basis that has been agreed with the customer. This is the only way you can exploit all the advantages of precast concrete construction.

Step 3: Tender coordination

Step 4: Examination and evaluation of the incoming offers

The offers received are checked for completeness and any necessary updates are requested. We create a price overview for the entire machine and system so that you can make a quick and well-founded decision.

Step 5: Advice on order negotiations and contracts
